		<description>You are once again right about transition being tough, but we all know that it can be done. I think you are right about that balance thing too and it plays an important role in all aspects of ours lives.  
I balance the kids, hubby, critters (a lot of them, and one that I am in the process of losing) with work and now another class.  I think for me the important part to remember is the times that I do actually manage a day with some balance to it and know that yeah, I can do this even if it is a process that takes time to learn.  

We can all do this even when we slip and fall, or stumble and blunder down the wrong path a few feet.. As I was told growing up "always get back on the horse."
